If you are unhappy with any purchase that you have made because it is faulty or you have had a change of heart simply contact us at customer.services@anythinggift.co.uk immediately and return the product to us within 7 days. You must return it to us unused and in its original condition, unless faulty, within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Please note:
- Your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
- We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
- We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full.
- We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you returning the product.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
